Family Counseling in Arizona
Family therapy to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. Telehealth available statewide across Arizona.
When Families Need Extra Support
Every family goes through hard seasons. Sometimes the way you've always communicated isn't working anymore. Sometimes a major change—divorce, a move, a new baby, a teen in crisis, a parent's illness, blended-family challenges—has shifted the family in ways that feel hard to navigate alone.
Family counseling gives you a structured, supportive space to hear each other, repair what's broken, and build new patterns that work for everyone. It's not about assigning blame—it's about helping the family system function better as a whole.
I work with families across Arizona via secure teletherapy. Sessions are practical, compassionate, and tailored to your family's unique dynamics.
También hablamos español — bilingual family counseling available.
When Family Counseling Helps
You don't need to wait for a crisis. Many families come in when they want things to be better, not just when they're falling apart.
How I Work With Families
I draw from a few well-researched approaches, tailored to your family.
What to Expect
A free 15-minute phone consultation with me to talk about your family and whether we're a good fit.
We'll start with an assessment session—sometimes the whole family, sometimes just the parents, depending on the situation.
Family sessions are typically 60–75 minutes, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, held via secure teletherapy.
Sometimes I'll suggest a combination of family sessions and individual sessions (e.g. for a teen or a parent) to make sure everyone has a voice.
We'll set goals together and check in regularly on whether the plan is working.
