Teletherapy Available Statewide

Not everyone can—or wants to—attend therapy in person. Video therapy (teletherapy) allows me to serve clients throughout Arizona from the comfort of their own homes, offices, or wherever they feel most comfortable.

Teletherapy Requirements

To participate in video therapy, you'll need:

  • A device with camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • A secure, private internet connection
  • A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted
  • Located in Arizona (per licensure requirements)

Teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns.
